Job Mission

To ensure accurate creation, maintenance, and management of Product Data and Bill of Materials (BOM), supporting smooth production planning and manufacturing operations while maintaining engineering documentation standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and upload Fan BOMs to the Engineering Server.
• Ensure BOM accuracy and compliance with engineering standards.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, and Planning teams.
• Maintain engineering records and BOM revision history.
• Manage engineering documentation and product data.
• Ensure timely release of BOMs for manufacturing.
• Resolve BOM-related discrepancies.
• Support continuous process improvement in PDM activities.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Understanding of Engineering Drawings
• MS Excel proficiency
• ERP/PDM software knowledge
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
