Role Description The Procurement / Supply Chain Management Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations to support Tvasta’s industrial 3D printing activities. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Chennai Area includes managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely sourcing of raw materials, components, and services.

The Manager will plan demand, maintain optimal inventory levels, and coordinate with R&D, production, and project teams to align supply with evolving technology and project requirements.

Responsibilities also include monitoring supply chain performance, optimizing processes, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The role requires regular data-driven reporting, collaboration across functions, and continuous improvement of procurement and supply chain practices in a fast-paced, innovation-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong demand planning and analytical skills to forecast requirements, interpret data, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess supply management and procurement skills to source, evaluate, and manage suppliers, and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Candidates should possess inventory management skills to maintain appropriate stock levels, reduce waste, and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Candidates should possess experience in supply chain management within manufacturing, construction, or technology-driven environments.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in ERP or supply chain software, with strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Chennai Area, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on ethical and sustainable procurement practices.
