DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). The Impact you will have in this role: We are seeking a versatile and skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. You will work across the entire technology stack—from front-end interfaces to back-end services—delivering high-quality solutions that meet user and business needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust server-side logic and APIs using Java, or similar. Design and implement responsive, user-centric web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue). Integrate front-end and back-end components to deliver seamless user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and SDETs. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack. Experience working in a Scrum Team. Core Skills & Competencies Front-End Development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue. Back-End Development: Node.js, Express, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring), or .NET. Database Management: SQL (Oracle, Snowflake) and NoSQL (Redis). Cloud Platforms: AWS (preferred but not required), Azure, or GCP Container Platforms: Redhat OpenShift, Kubernetes or similar. Messaging Technologies: Apache Kafka, IBM MQ. Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket. DevOps & CI/CD: Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. Testing: Unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Karate). Soft Skills: Problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, and communication. Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with RESTful APIs. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Understanding of security best practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10). Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
