Principal Product Manager- Platform PM

10+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS. Strong understanding of platform concepts such as APIs, integrations, and system design trade-offs. Demonstrated technical knowledge of API design, system integrations, and third-party platform connectivity; able to assess integration complexity and guide solution design decisions. Experience leading product strategy for platform, infrastructure, or enterprise software. Proven ability to drive alignment across multiple teams and influence decisions at scale. Understanding of concepts related to authentication, identity, or platform integrations. Product-led growth mindset. You've thought about how features drive adoption, engagement, and expansion, not just how they work technically. You understand the intersection of technology and usage. Proven ability to lead through influence and operate across teams without formal authority. Surface risks early, propose solutions, and follow through. Communicate effectively across levels: engineers, partners, and senior leaders. Experience with authentication systems, identity platforms, or tenant management. Familiarity with Auth0 or other identity management systems (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) is a plus. Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Pendo) and advanced data analysis to drive product insights and decision-making. Experience delivering mobile or cross-product platform integrations at scale. Experience defining and driving adoption of cross-product standards and reusable platform capabilities. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
