We're looking for an experienced Practice Head – AI/ML to lead and scale our Artificial Intelligence practice, shape AI strategy, mentor large teams, and deliver innovative solutions across Machine Learning and Generative AI initiatives.

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Office + 2 Days Remote)

Must Have

✅ Led and managed 100+ member AI/ML teams

✅ Strong experience in AI/ML Practice Leadership

✅ Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures

✅ Deep knowledge of Machine Learning & Deep Learning

✅ Hands-on exposure to MLOps frameworks and deployment strategies

✅ Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP cloud platforms

✅ Ability to drive business growth, delivery excellence, and stakeholder engagement

Education Qualification: M.E / M.Tech / MCA / BE / B Tech - qualified from a premium / reputed instituion.
