Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Analytics Engineers.
• Plan and prioritize analytics delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership for Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Azure, and data engineering.
• Deliver executive dashboards and operational reporting.
• Drive AI, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Project Controls, Engineering, and IT.
• Establish data governance, quality, and development standards.

Required Experience

• Overall 5–10 years in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Engineering.
• 3–5 years leading technical teams.
• Construction, EPC, Engineering, International PMC, Infrastructure, or Real Estate industry experience preferred.

Ideal Candidate

Experience leading analytics teams within construction organizations, with knowledge of project controls, cost management, scheduling, labor productivity, and executive reporting. Able to balance hands-on technical leadership with strong people management.
