PHP developer

You are a PHP backend developer with a strong background working with PHP in MVC patterns. You will have experience leading the development of Restful APIs, backends, and web applications. As PHP dev, you will make decisions on the technologies being used that support the development of apps that embody Riverruns s commitment to building excellent products, and must understand web development at an expert level.

You will run dev operations for Riverrun, so experience with AWS, including EC2, ELB, RDS, MySQL, and auto-scaling, is necessary. As a member of the Riverruns team you must be inspired by technology and have a passion for creating innovative technical solutions.

The ideal candidate has

• 2+ years of proven experience in backend development
• Thorough understanding of MVC development and knowledge of atleast one open source MVC Framework.
• Experience with AWS, including EC2, ELB, RDS, MySQL, and auto-scaling.
• Strong front end development knowledge.
• Knowledge of Open Graph Facebook APIs, Twitter APIs, OAuth, Google APIs and other social networking APIs.
• Knowledge of payment gateway integration.
• Experience with Git, either in the command line or using a GUI.
