About the Role

A leading pharmaceutical and healthcare company is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pharmaceutical Field Sales Executive (Medical Representative) to promote its pharmaceutical and nutraceutical product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Promote pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.

Conduct regular doctor visits as per the daily call plan.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness in the assigned territory.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and product awareness programs.

Ensure product availability through coordination with distributors and stockists.

Submit daily call reports, expense reports, and sales updates.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.Sc., B.Pharma, D.Pharma, BBA, or any graduate).

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative or in Pharmaceutical Field Sales.

Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong relationship-building and selling abilities.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
