Performance Marketing Manager – Health Creators Academy

We're growing the Health Creators Academy team — and looking for a performance marketing person who can think like a doctor's patient before they think like a marketer.

About the role

You'll drive performance marketing for HCA and SKY courses — programs that teach doctors how to build genuine digital visibility. You'll work closely with our SEO and paid media partners to keep every rupee accountable, and report directly on what's actually converting.

What you'll do

Plan and run Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across HCA/SKY course launches

Build and optimize funnels and landing pages for course enrollments

Track performance rigorously — CAC, ROAS, conversion rates — and report clearly

Collaborate with our SEO and content partners to align paid + organic efforts

Stay ahead of where AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) are headed, and bring that thinking into our strategy.

What we're looking for

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

Solid understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization

Genuine curiosity about AEO/GEO and where search + AI discovery is headed

Comfort working alongside AI tools (like Claude) for research, content, and reporting

Someone who wants to build a system doctors can trust — not just "run ads"
