Performance Marketing Executive - E Commerce

Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive – Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven individual who can support performance marketing across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy. The role involves campaign execution, optimisation, analysis, and day-to-day coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing campaigns on Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy.
• Monitor daily performance, spend, ROAS, and optimise campaigns to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for creatives, pricing, and availability.
• Track KPIs like impressions, conversions, ACOS, CTR, and share weekly performance reports.
• Manage product listings, visibility, tags, and platform-specific requirements.
• Support in planning festival campaigns, burst campaigns, and new SKU launches.
• Maintain documentation of campaign data, learnings, and SOPs.

What You Need

• 1-2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Strong interest in e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
• Basic understanding of marketing metrics.
• Good Excel skills and ability to analyse numbers.
• Strong communication and eagerness to learn.
• MBA (Marketing Specialisation) preferred.

Experience: 1-2 years

Qualification: Any Graduation (MBA in Marketing preferred)
