Performance Marketing Associate

We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Associate with 2–5 years of experience to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through high-performing paid campaigns.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and result-driven Performance Marketing Associate to lead Bon La Vie online revenue growth through paid advertising.

This role is responsible for customer acquisition, scaling paid campaigns, improving ROAS, and building a sustainable D2C growth engine.

This is a revenue-linked role — performance matters.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years experience in performance marketing (D2C preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
• Good understanding of Google Ads
• Deep understanding of ad funnels
• Experience scaling campaigns to ₹5L+ monthly budgets
• Strong analytical mindset
• Comfortable working with data

Preferred Experience

• Experience in kids / toys / retail category
• Experience working with Shopify brands
• Proven track record of scaling revenue
• Understanding of creative strategy
