KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and maximize ROI through data-driven optimization.
• Handle 4–5 client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, regular optimization, and consistent performance.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign analysis.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Conversion tracking, and campaign attribution.
• Ability to independently manage 4–5 client accounts while meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and solve problems.
