Performance Marketer (Meta Ads)

We're looking for a Performance Marketer who knows how to turn ad spend into measurable business growth. If you're experienced in planning, optimizing, and scaling Meta Ads campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
• Generate quality leads and maximize ROAS.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
• Monitor KPIs including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
• Work with designers and content writers to create high-converting creatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and Conversion API.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
• Google Ads experience is an added advantage.
