Performance Marketer / Media Buyer (Leadgen & E-commerce)

We are a fast-growing digital marketing company looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Performance Marketer / Media Buyer. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our high-volume digital campaigns across Lead Generation (Auto & Home Insurance) and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) E-commerce

You will have end-to-end ownership of campaigns from tracking setups to creative angles, ensuring a positive ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Scaling: Launch, monitor, and scale profitable paid advertising campaigns on major networks (Meta Ads, Native Ad Networks, Google Ads).
• Leadgen & E-com Optimization: Manage optimization loops for high-volume Home/Auto Insurance CPL funnels and physical e-commerce product offers.
• Advanced Tracking & Flow Management: Own the tech-stack configuration inside ClickFlare tracking software. Setup Direct Method / No-Redirect flows, custom domains, multi-step landers, and secure Server-to-Server (S2S) postback integrations.
• Lander & Angle Testing: Work closely with the creative team to develop and deploy high-converting landing pages, advertorials, and native-looking review funnels.

Requirements & Technical Skillset

• Experience: 2+ years of proven media buying experience specifically handling Lead Generation CPL or D2C E-commerce in Tier-1 countries (US/CA).
• Tracking Expert: Hands-on experience with trackers like ClickFlare (or Voluum/Binom). You must know how to implement tracking scripts (cf/js) on landing pages and manage outbound parameters (cf/click/1) flawlessly.
• Data Analysis: Strong analytical mindset to read dashboards, spot bot/fake clicks, and sync real-time spends vs revenue data.
• Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of advertising policies (like handling Special Ad Categories on Meta) to keep ad accounts safe.
