Performance Marketer & Growth Executive

Location: Banashankari, Bengaluru (Work from Office)

We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & Growth Executive to help grow our D2C website sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Own website sales, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Create high-converting ad creatives, copies, and campaign content.
• Improve organic traffic through keyword research, technical SEO, on-page SEO, backlinks, and content marketing.
• Optimize website landing pages and conversion rates (CRO).
• Track and improve campaign performance using GA4 and analytics.
• Achieve monthly sales, ROAS, and conversion targets—not just lead generation.

Requirements

• Experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and website growth strategies.
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and performance tracking.
• E-commerce/D2C experience is mandatory.
• Results-oriented with a focus on driving sales and ROI.
