About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, with a strong understanding of campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum efficiency.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
• Track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-converting creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
• Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in lead generation campaigns is preferred.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
• Experience with CRM integration and lead management.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools is an added advantage.
