Company: Yodiso India Private Limited Department: Digital Marketing Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Experience2–4 years Salary₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Incentive: Performance-linked incentive up to ₹15,000+ per month About the Role We are seeking a Performance Digital Marketing Manager with strong knowledge of AI-powered marketing. You will own our digital marketing end to end — planning, launching, and optimizing paid and organic campaigns across platforms — while leveraging AI tools and prompt engineering to scale content, creative, and analysis faster than ever. This is a hands-on, data-first role focused on measurable results for Yodiso and our clients. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms to hit lead, CPA, and ROAS targets. • Own the overall digital marketing strategy — paid, organic, and content — aligned to business and client goals. • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, and similar) and effective prompting to generate ad copy, creatives, landing-page content, and campaign ideas at scale. • Build and refine prompts and workflows that speed up keyword research, audience analysis, A/B test ideation, and reporting. • Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, UTM structures, GA4, and analytics dashboards. • Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance. • Analyze campaign data and present clear, actionable insights and reports to management and clients. • Manage budgets efficiently and reallocate spend toward the highest-performing channels. • Coordinate with the content, design, and video teams to keep creatives on-brand and on-time. • Stay ahead of AI marketing trends, new ad-platform features, and automation tools. Required Skills & Qualifications • 2–4 years of hands-on performance / digital marketing experience. • Strong, practical knowledge of AI marketing tools and prompt engineering for real marketing use cases. • Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). • Solid understanding of funnels, attribution, CPL / CPA / ROAS, and analytics (GA4, Meta and Google reporting). • Working knowledge of SEO, social media, and email marketing. • Analytical mindset with comfort in spreadsheets and data interpretation. • Good copywriting sense, creative judgment, and strong communication skills. Good to Have • Experience using AI for video / image generation and automation workflows. • Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and email tools. • Google and/or Meta certifications. • Experience managing a small marketing team or coordinating freelancers.
