About Glasafe

Glasafe is one of India's fastest-growing premium glassware brands, serving customers across bottles, tiffins, coffee mugs, containers, bowls. We are a performance-first brand spending heavily on Meta and currently running close to 200 live ads across multiple product categories. We're looking for a Performance Ad Scriptwriter who understands consumer psychology, hooks, retention, direct-response marketing, and can consistently generate winning ad concepts.

Role Overview

This is NOT a traditional content writing role.

We are looking for someone who can

  • Study customer behavior
  • Identify buying triggers
  • Write high-converting ad scripts
  • Generate fresh angles every week
  • Turn customer insights into performance creatives

Your scripts will directly impact revenue.

Creative Strategy

  • Research customer reviews
  • Analyze competitors
  • Study winning D2C brands
  • Develop new ad angles

Script Writing

  • UGC Ads
  • Founder Ads
  • Problem-Solution Ads
  • Demonstration Ads
  • Comparison Ads
  • Testimonial Ads
  • Vox Pop Ads
  • Influencer Ads
  • Product Launch Campaigns

Creative Ideation

Generate

  • 50-100 new hooks every month
  • New offer angles
  • Thumb-stopping openings
  • Fresh storytelling formats

Performance Analysis

Work closely with media buyers to understand

  • Winning creatives
  • CTR trends
  • Hook rates
  • Hold rates
  • Conversion metrics

MUST HAVE'S

  • 2+ years experience in D2C performance marketing
  • Strong direct-response copywriting skills
  • Experience writing Meta ad scripts
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology
  • Ability to create multiple angles for the same product
