Job Description & Responsibilities

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Specialist (Paid) to develop, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns that align with our marketing goals. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of social media advertising strategies, audience targeting, and campaign performance analysis.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute paid social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Create compelling and engaging ad creatives, including visuals and copy, that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging paid media trends.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven minimum 2 years of experience in paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, audience targeting, and ad placement strategies.
  • Experience with social media ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads).
  • Ability to develop and optimize ad creatives for different audience segments.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
