Organic Lead Generation Specialist & SEO Content Writer

About the Role

We are a premier study abroad consultancy in Vadodara with a 22-year legacy. We are outsourcing our website redesign and technical security to an external agency. We now need a highly proactive, results-driven Organic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. Your sole mission is to execute our organic growth strategy—producing high-ranking SEO content, managing local search profiles, and writing compelling copy that turns online researchers into physical office walk-ins.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Content Strategy & Copywriting: Conduct keyword research on study abroad intent (e.g., student visas, IELTS coaching, country updates). Write 2–3 original, highly engaging blogs, landing pages, and FAQs every week.
• Local SEO Domination: Fully manage and optimize our Google Business Profile to capture high-intent local traffic from across Vadodara (Gotri, Akota, Alkapuri, etc.).
• Lead Magnet Creation: Collaborate with our design/marketing tools to create highly relevant, downloadable guides, visa checklists, and scholarship trackers that capture user data.
• Community & Forum Management: Actively engage on Quora, Reddit, and local community groups, providing authoritative answers to study abroad queries and driving traffic back to our platforms.
• Agency Coordination: Act as the primary internal contact for our external web development agency, ensuring they correctly implement your meta tags, structured data, and custom landing page copy.

Required Skills

• SEO Suite: Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• High-Converting Copywriting: Flawless English writing with an understanding of how to address the specific anxieties of Indian students and parents.
• Local SEO Knowledge: Proven experience in optimizing local map listings, tracking map rankings, and generating authentic keyword-rich reviews.
