Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and experience working on implementation, enhancement, rollout, or support projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders.
• Configure Oracle HCM modules based on business needs.
• Support implementation, enhancements, testing, deployments, and post-go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, project documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.
• Drive process improvements and user adoption.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
