OPT Recruiter (Night Shift)

Position: OPT Recruiter

Location – Cyber Tower, Hyderabad

Experience – 5+ years

US shift: (IST 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM)

Interview Mode: in-person interview between 9 PM and 12 am in Cyber Tower.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., Dice, LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms) and referrals.
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and tools.

Requirements

• Any graduation, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in OPT recruiting.
• Strong understanding of the OPT process and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruiting software/tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication skills is a Must (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in end–to–end OPT recruitment process
• Experience in hiring H1 Transfers/ Project transfers, GC, and H4 for direct marketing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
