Industry Preference: Retail Brands such as Zudio, Max, Reliance Trends, Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, etc.

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily retail operations, ensure smooth store functioning, improve customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end retail store operations.
• Ensure achievement of operational KPIs and business objectives.
• Monitor inventory management and stock control.
• Optimize store processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Coordinate with sales, merchandising, and warehouse teams.
• Manage staff scheduling, productivity, and performance.
• Analyze operational reports and implement improvements.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations.
• Experience working with brands such as Zudio, Max, Lifestyle, Reliance Trends, or similar retail chains.
• Solid leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control and retail operations.
• Ability to handle multiple stores or departments is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
