Operations Manager – Quality Services

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical, Automobile, Production)

Experience: 5–7 Years

About the Role

Redi India works inside customer plants and provides quality inspection, quality management, and supplier development services to Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quality service operations at customer sites.
• Coordinate with customer quality teams and maintain strong relationships.
• Lead and manage teams of Shift Leaders, Supervisors, and Quality Inspectors.
• Plan manpower deployment and ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor quality performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Handle recruitment, training, and skill development of site teams.
• Manage multiple customer locations and projects.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
• Optimise the use of manpower, materials, and transportation resources.

Required Skills

• Experience in Quality, Production, or Logistics operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good customer handling and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Good command of English.
