Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily manpower deployment as per client requirements.
• Monitor attendance and shift-wise workforce availability.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill manpower needs.
• Handle client communication and resolve operational issues.
• Support employee onboarding and grievance handling.
• Maintain payroll inputs and statutory records.
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in manpower staffing or workforce operations.
• Experience managing blue-collar employees.
• Good leadership and client-handling skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
