Operations Executive

Job Purpose

ü Daily Review of order delivery.

ü Submission of Daily Reports to Branch Manager/Sr. Executives.

ü Be available 24/7 for customers with respect to RFQs, order processing, feedback, complaints, emergencies.

ü Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with every delivery and interaction. Achieve a customer Net Promoter Score (NPS) of at least 70%.

ü Ensure all processes are followed as per ShipsKart's policies and SOPs.

ü Support Marketing, Sales and BD in identifying new business opportunities and developing and converting new customers.

ü Ensure all daily activities in compliance with all local authorities & port regulations.

ü Ensure all the sales process through Shipskart Platform.

ü Reviewing, comparing, analysing and approving products and services for purchasing.

ü Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations.

• Must be digitally literate - ERP, WMS, Scanning, OCR, etc.
• Must be financially literate (budgets, cost management, P&L, working capital).

Attributes – Education and Work Experience Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, in any discipline.
• Must have at least 2-3 years of work experience, ideally in customer service or warehouse operations / Procurement Officer.
• Must have experience in marketing operations, Procurement.
• Must have experience in FMCG Products specifically food items, groceries, provisions, frozen items, etc.
• Must have experience/familiarity with ERP usage and general digital operations.
• Must be able to communicate very well, orally and in writing
• Proven knowledge of procurement and warehouse policies and procedures

Preference will be given to candidates from the Shipping industry or background.
