<> Role: Operation Manager (Multioutlet) Job Location : Hubli, Karnataka JD : Multi-Outlet Operations : Supervise daily operations across 3 cafe locations to maintain consistent quality, service, and brand standards. Staff Management & Scheduling : Recruit, train, and mentor cafe staff (baristas, service crew, and kitchen team). Create and manage weekly shift schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels. Cost Control : Monitor daily expenses, manage inventory levels, and implement strategies to minimize operational costs without compromising quality. Waste Management : Track, analyze, and minimize food and beverage wastage across all outlets through smart stock rotation and portion control. Customer Experience : Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere at every outlet.
