Milky Haven India Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and responsible Operation Manager to join our team in Puducherry.

Eligibility

• Only residents of Puducherry are eligible to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
• Ability to coordinate daily operations and manage records.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Prior experience in operations, administration, or dairy/FMCG industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and field staff.
• Maintain operational records and reports.
• Monitor inventory, logistics, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure smooth execution of daily operational tasks.
• Support management in planning and process improvement.
