Operation Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of facility services.
• Ensure proper maintenance of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Manage housekeeping, security, landscaping, and waste management services.
• Supervise facility staff and vendor performance.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations.
• Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with clients, occupants, and stakeholders to address facility-related issues.
• Optimize resource utilization to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
