Mandatory Skills

• 4+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of relevant experience in Ontology Engineering or Knowledge Graph development.
• Strong expertise in
• RDF (Resource Description Framework)
• OWL (Web Ontology Language)
• SPARQL
• Experience working with Graph Databases.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with ontology modeling and semantic technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with:
• SciBite
• TopBraid
• Progress Semaphore
• Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake data engineering.
• Knowledge of semantic data integration and metadata management.
• Domain experience in Life Sciences is highly preferred.
