Job Title: Apprentice On-Ground Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic apprentices to join our on-ground marketing team. This role offers hands-on exposure to field marketing, retail operations, and customer engagement. The selected candidates will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing store footfall and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing RWA camps, mega camps, gym activations, and other on-ground marketing activities.
• Support the identification of suitable locations, coordinate permissions, and ensure smooth execution of events.
• Coordinate with vendors, store teams, and internal stakeholders for successful campaign execution.
• Assist in identifying branding opportunities across the city to improve brand visibility.
• Conduct market visits to identify opportunities for increasing store walk-ins.
• Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the team.
• Observe and report store-level challenges that may impact revenue and suggest improvement opportunities.
• Ensure timely setup, execution, and closure of marketing activities.
• Maintain activity reports and update campaign data using MS Excel and Word.
• Travel within the assigned city and, if required, to nearby cities for marketing activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel extensively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an added advantage.
