Job Overview

We are hiring an Offensive Security Specialist with a blended skill set across Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, and Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS). The role focuses on validating enterprise security posture through controlled, monitored offensive activities in non-production environments

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Red team simulations, Penetration tests, and BAS scenarios aligned with MITRE ATT&CK.
• Maintain testing methodologies aligned with OWASP, NIST, and industry standards.
• Identify and validate vulnerabilities across applications, networks, and identity systems
• Perform controlled adversary simulations to test detection and response capabilities
• Collaborate with SOC, Network Security and XDR teams to validate alerts and improve detection coverage.
• Document findings and provide actionable remediation recommendations
