NodeJs Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.

Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.

Integrate LLM/Generative AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, or equivalent platforms.

Build AI-powered features using RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.

Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

Design efficient database structures and optimize queries.

Ensure backend applications are secure, reliable, and scalable.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and production issues.

Collaborate with frontend, product, and other technical teams.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Required Skills

5+ years of professional backend/software development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.

Proficiency in Express.js or NestJS.

Strong experience in REST API development.

Good understanding of Microservices Architecture.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.

Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

Hands-on experience with LLM / Generative AI integration.

Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, or similar AI APIs.

Practical knowledge of RAG, embeddings, or vector databases.

Good understanding of asynchronous programming and backend architecture.

Experience with Git/version control.

Good to Have

Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex.

Experience with Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or similar vector databases.

Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD.

Experience with AI-powered products or SaaS applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: 40,000.00 - 55,000.00 per month
