Job Summary

Netrix Global is hiring a Junior Cloud Engineer - Windows Administrator to manage enterprise Windows and macOS environments, endpoint compliance, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365 administration, Azure operations, and managed IT services. You will play a key role in maintaining secure, compliant, and highly available enterprise environments while supporting cloud operations, endpoint management, patch automation, and infrastructure health monitoring.

Cloud Storage

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, IT Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, or Managed Services (MSP).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Windows Server, Windows Workstation, and macOS patch management.

IT & Technical Jobs

• Ensure monthly security patch compliance and quarterly operating system upgrades.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve patch failures, compliance issues, and system vulnerabilities.
• Perform Windows and macOS operating system upgrades using phased deployment strategies.
• Support Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and identity management.

Consulting

• Assist with Microsoft Azure administration, virtual machine management, cloud configuration, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Monitor backup jobs, validate recovery operations, and resolve backup failures.
• Perform routine health checks for Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft 365, Azure services, physical servers, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Utilize endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune, Jamf, SCCM, Endpoint Manager, and RMM solutions.

Jobs

• Automate patch deployment, compliance reporting, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers (TAM), Customer Success Managers (CSM), and engineering teams to achieve SLA targets.
• Maintain operational documentation, compliance reports, and infrastructure health records.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Windows OS

• 1–3 years of experience supporting Windows Server, Windows Workstation, or IT Infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, deployment, troubleshooting, and patch management.
• Experience with endpoint compliance, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
