Job Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished .NET Full Stack Architect with 15–18 years of progressive experience in designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-scale healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, modern front-end frameworks, cloud-native application development, microservices architecture, API design, and enterprise system integration.

A strong understanding of the healthcare domain, including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR), HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA compliance, is essential. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in defining the organization's technology architecture, establishing engineering best practices, and driving the successful delivery of secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performance healthcare applications.

This role requires a strategic technology leader who can effectively collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, translate complex business requirements into robust architectural solutions, mentor and guide engineering teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security frameworks, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives, driving innovation, and delivering mission-critical healthcare platforms that support organizational growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable enterprise architecture using .NET Core/.NET 8, C#, and

ASP.NET Core.

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for healthcare applications.

Develop and review high-quality application designs and technical specifications.

Architect cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure.

Design Microservices, REST APIs, and Event-Driven Architecture.

Lead architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Define coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines.

Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams. Review code and mentor technical teams.

Drive CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps.

Integrate healthcare systems using HL7, FHIR, APIs, and interoperability standards.

Participate in client discussions, technical proposals, estimations, and solution presentations.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare security standards

. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related

field.

  • 15-18 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Technical Architect or Solution Architect.
  • Strong experience in enterprise healthcare application development.
  • Proven experience in designing scalable distributed systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
