Salary: ₹5.0 - 6.0 Lakh per annum + Incentives

About the Company

ELMECK INTERNATIONAL is a growing manufacturer of quality Ceiling Fans, LED Lighting, and Electrical Products in Delhi. We are expanding our distribution network and looking for a dynamic sales professional to drive growth in the Hubli territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand distributor/dealer network in Hubli, Belgaum and surrounding areas
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Fans & LED Lighting products
• Build strong relationships with electrical contractors, retailers, and institutional buyers
• Conduct field visits, market mapping, and competitor analysis
• Train and motivate channel partners for better visibility and sales
• Report sales performance and market feedback to management

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in field sales (Fans, LED Lights, Electrical preferred)
• Good network in electrical/fan trade in Hubli, Belgaum region will be a big advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willing to travel extensively within the territory
