LuxeVenue.ai is pioneering the digital transformation of luxury hospitality. We aren’t looking for just another designer—we are looking for a Creative Powerhouse. If you have an eye for high-end aesthetics, a passion for cinematic motion, and the technical skill to build a luxury brand from the ground up, this role is for you. You will work directly with the founders to shape the visual identity of the world’s first Event-Tech Super-App.

What You’ll Do (The Creative Grind)

• Visual Storytelling: Conceptualize and execute high-end static graphics and dynamic video content (Reels, Promos, and A.I asset enhancement).
• Motion Magic: Bring designs to life with sleek animations, transitions, and text overlays that feel cinematic.
• Brand Ownership: Maintain our strict luxury identity—Deep Black, Gold, and White—across all digital interfaces, pitch decks, and social media collaterals.
• Fast-Paced Execution: Thrive in a startup environment where speed and precision go hand-in-hand. You will be responsible for quick iterations based on direct feedback.
• Strong skills in Visual Design and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating work for digital products or brands.
• Experience with Branding and Graphics, including creation of visual identities, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral.
• Proficiency in Web Design, with an understanding of responsive design, layout, and user-centered visual systems.

• Dual-Expertise: A strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in both Graphic Design and Video Editing/Motion Graphics.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro) and Figma.
• Design Sense: A minimalist, premium aesthetic. We value elegance and clarity over clutter.
• Commitment: This is an onsite, high-growth role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and delivers excellence
• Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar.
• Ability to design for luxury or premium markets, with attention to detail, aesthetics, and consistency.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Understanding of basic UX principles and how visual design supports usability and user journeys.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
