Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of React Native applications for iOS and

Android.

Own and drive the technical implementation of new features and enhancements.

Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Collaborate with architects and backend teams to define scalable app architecture and API contracts.

Optimize app performance and ensure responsiveness across devices.

Lead release planning, deployment, and production support activities.

Conduct POCs for emerging tools, frameworks, and SDKs relevant to mobile technology.

Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring code quality and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate with QA, design, and product teams for smooth end-to-end delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

6 8 years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3+ years in React Native.

Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React Native ecosystem.

Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, state management (Redux, MobX), and component-based design.

Strong knowledge of native modules, bridge integration, and handling complex APIs.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, OTA updates (CodePush), and app store deployment.

Experience in performance optimization, analytics integration, and error monitoring tools

(Crashlytics, Sentry).

Ability to troubleshoot production issues and lead RCA for mobile crashes.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

Experience with React Native New Architecture (Fabric, TurboModules).

Exposure to mobile security, accessibility standards, and App Store/Play Store compliance.

Familiarity with native Android/iOS development for advanced integrations.

Experience working in a banking, fintech, or enterprise-grade mobile application environment.
