Role Overview

We are looking for a Flutter Developer who can own the complete mobile development lifecycle — from first screen to live app — without needing to be hand-held at any stage. You will design, build, test, publish, and maintain production mobile applications on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. If you have shipped apps that real users use and you know what it takes to keep them running well, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Build cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart from scratch to production
• Implement and manage Firebase services — Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, FCM (Push Notifications), Crashlytics, Remote Config, and Analytics
• Handle end-to-end Play Store deployment — app signing, build variants, release tracks (internal, alpha, beta, production), store listing, and compliance
• Handle end-to-end App Store (iOS) deployment — provisioning profiles, certificates, TestFlight, App Store Connect submissions, and Apple review guidelines compliance
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and platform-specific native modules where required
• Implement clean, scalable state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or equivalent)
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests; maintain code quality and documentation
• Monitor app performance, crash reports, and user feedback post-launch; ship updates and hotfixes
• Manage app versioning, changelogs, and release cycles across both platforms
• Maintain and improve existing apps — bug fixes, OS compatibility updates, dependency upgrades

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of mobile development experience, with at least 2 years in Flutter/Dart
• Proven track record of having published and maintained apps on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store — be ready to share live app links
• Deep, hands-on experience with Firebase across multiple services (Auth, Firestore, FCM, Crashlytics minimum)
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and platform-specific design guidelines (Material Design & Human Interface Guidelines)
• Experience with state management architectures in Flutter (BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider)
• Strong understanding of app signing, certificates, provisioning profiles, and platform submission workflows
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling async data flows cleanly
• Familiarity with Git, branching strategies, and collaborative development workflows
• Ability to independently debug, profile, and optimize app performance

Good to Have

• Experience with Fastlane or similar CI/CD automation for mobile builds and deployments
• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) for writing platform channels when needed
• Familiarity with in-app purchases, subscriptions, and monetization flows on both platforms
• Experience with deep linking, push notification strategies, and background processing
• Exposure to AI/ML features via Firebase ML or on-device models
• Experience working on B2B SaaS or enterprise mobile applications
• Familiarity with Figma for design-to-code handoff
