About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Executive to manage, optimize, and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and a strong understanding of performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
• Conduct audience research and A/B testing.
• Implement and manage Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and campaign strategies.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
• Experience with lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.
• Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and MS Excel is preferred.
