Role Description The MERN Stack Trainer will deliver structured, hands-on training on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js to students at the Hyderabad campus in an on-site, part-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating practical examples and assignments, conducting interactive classroom sessions, and guiding learners through coding exercises and project work. The trainer will clarify concepts, answer technical questions, evaluate student performance, and provide feedback to help learners build strong MERN stack foundations. The role also involves updating course content to align with current industry practices, participating in technology workshops, and coordinating with the academic team to support placement-focused training.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong MERN stack development skills, including proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Candidates should possess solid front-end web development skills, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design practices.
• Candidates should possess back-end and API development skills, including RESTful services, authentication/authorization, and integration with databases.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with version control (Git), build tools, and debugging and testing of web applications.
• Candidates should possess effective teaching, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, structured manner.
• Candidates should possess strong classroom management and mentoring abilities to guide diverse groups of learners and support project-based learning.
• Relevant industry experience as a full-stack or MERN stack developer and prior training or teaching experience are highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
