Required Skills

• 3–4 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Solid experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Solid hands-on experience with Next.js.
• Solid hands-on experience with NestJS.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database design.
• Solid understanding of System Design fundamentals.
• Experience building and maintaining Microservices.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud deployment.
• Experience with Docker, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing automated unit and integration tests (mandatory).
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot to improve productivity.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, clean code, design patterns, testing, security, and performance optimization.

• Work directly with international clients.
• Understand business requirements before writing code.
• Ask the right questions and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Build modern web applications using the latest technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, production-ready code.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and clients.
• Take ownership of features from planning through deployment.
