MERN Full Stack Developer - Junior (Backend Focus)

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Develop backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Build responsive user interfaces with React.js.
• Work with MongoDB to design and manage application data.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and founders to ship new features.
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.

Requirements

Must Have

• 1–4 years of experience in Full Stack or Backend Development.
• Strong working knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and React.js.
• Experience building REST APIs.
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of JWT/OAuth authentication.
• Exposure to AWS, Docker, or CI/CD.
• Experience building SaaS or product-based applications.
