MERN Developer

We’re hiring a Senior MERN / Backend Developer to join our engineering team and build scalable digital products for international clients and startups.

This role goes beyond writing APIs—you’ll design backend architecture, optimise databases, integrate third-party platforms, implement cloud-native solutions, and contribute to technical decisions from day one.

You’ll work on challenging projects involving real-time systems, AI integrations, payment gateways, cloud infrastructure, authentication, media processing, and scalable REST APIs.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, values clean architecture, and takes pride in writing high-quality, maintainable code.

What You’ll Build

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js and NestJS

Build secure REST APIs for mobile and web applications

Integrate third-party APIs and normalize external data

Implement authentication and authorization systems

Design MongoDB database schemas and optimize queries

Build background jobs, schedulers, queues, and event-driven workflows

Integrate AI services (OpenAI or similar)

Work with AWS services such as S3 and cloud deployments

Implement caching, rate limiting, logging, and monitoring

Collaborate closely with Flutter developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers

Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews

Required Skills

3+ years of experience with Node.js

1+ year of experience with React.js

Hands on experience of Admin Panel development and API Integration

Strong experience with NestJS

MongoDB

REST API development

JWT Authentication & OAuth

Redis or other caching technologies

Background workers / Cron Jobs / Queues (BullMQ or similar)

AWS (S3, EC2 or similar services)

Git and GitHub workflow

Strong understanding of software architecture and clean code principles

Good to Have

Socket.IO / WebSockets

Docker

CI/CD pipelines

Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)

AI API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)

FFmpeg or media processing

Experience building high-scale backend systems

Experience working with Flutter teams
