Role Description The Meme Marketing Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and managing meme-based marketing campaigns that promote Elev8 Properties’ brand, services, and listings across social media platforms. The Meme Marketing Lead will monitor real estate and pop culture trends, perform audience analysis, and translate insights into engaging visual and written content tailored for digital channels. Daily tasks include collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align memes with current offers, managing posting schedules and performance tracking, and engaging with online communities to build brand visibility. The role also involves experimenting with new formats, optimizing content based on data, and maintaining brand-appropriate humor and messaging.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage audiences, respond to inquiries, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to identify trends, understand target segments, and design meme campaigns that support business objectives.
• Sales awareness and marketing alignment skills to create content that supports lead generation, property promotions, and brand positioning.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, content creation tools, and basic graphic or video editing software.
• Demonstrated experience in meme creation, social media marketing, or digital content production, ideally in consumer-facing industries.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance using metrics and insights, and adjust strategies based on data.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to balance humor with professional brand standards.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
