Role Description This is a full-time Media Buying role based in Noida with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. The Media Buyer will plan and execute media campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, including budget allocation, channel selection, and schedule optimization. Daily responsibilities include analyzing audience data, researching media options, negotiating with media vendors, and monitoring campaign delivery against agreed KPIs. The role involves close collaboration with marketing and creative teams to ensure media plans align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. The Media Buyer will regularly prepare performance reports, recommend optimizations, and stay up to date with new media trends and advertising technologies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Media Planning and Media Buying skills, including budgeting, channel selection, and campaign optimization.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and stakeholder management skills for coordinating with internal teams and external media partners.
• Candidates should possess Marketing and New Media knowledge, with experience in digital advertising platforms and emerging media channels.
• Candidates should possess solid Research and analytical skills for audience insights, market analysis, and performance reporting.
• Relevant experience in media buying or digital marketing within an agency or brand environment is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with ad platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media ad managers, programmatic platforms) is preferred.
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work with spreadsheets and reporting dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
