We’re Hiring: Media Buying Lead: Meta Ads – Performance Marketing (Pay Per Call & Lead Gen)

Location: Gurgaon (On-site), Sector 49

Profile - Lead Media Buyer – Meta Ads

Experience - 7-10 Yrs

This role is strictly for professionals who have hands-on experience running Pay Per Call and Lead Generation campaigns. If your background is primarily branding, engagement, or eCommerce, this role is not suitable.

Who Should Apply

• Media buyers with proven experience in US Market Pay Per Call campaigns on Meta (strongly preferred), or
• Media buyers with solid Indian Market Lead Generation experience across performance-driven verticals.

You must have directly managed live campaigns and optimised for measurable KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROI, call quality, and conversion rates.

What We Expect

• Strong execution capability in scaling Meta campaigns
• Deep understanding of targeting, creatives, funnels, and performance optimization
• Experience with tracking setup (Meta Pixel, Conversion API, CRM integrations)
• Data-driven decision making
• For Lead role: experience managing and mentoring buyers

Preferred Vertical Exposure

Insurance, Loans, Solar, Financial Services, Travel, Education, Nutra, Home Services.

Who Should Not Apply

• Candidates with only eCommerce, catalog sales, or branding experience
• Candidates without hands-on campaign ownership
• Candidates without performance marketing exposure
