Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

Lunar Wave LLC is looking for a driven and analytical Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands Meta Ads, enjoys analysing campaign performance, and wants to build a long-term career in performance marketing and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPA, ROAS, and profitability
• Test different creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign structures
• Analyse creatives and identify winning hooks, angles, and formats
• Coordinate with video editors, designers, and creative strategists
• Prepare daily performance reports and campaign updates
• Reduce budgets or pause underperforming campaigns
• Scale winning campaigns based on performance data
• Conduct audience, competitor, and creative research
• Maintain campaign trackers and document key learnings

Requirements

• Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and performance data
• Understanding of metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or internship in media buying or digital marketing
• Experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
• Understanding of e-commerce and direct-response advertising
• Ability to identify strong ad creatives, hooks, and customer angles
• Basic knowledge of Shopify and Google Sheets
