Marketplace Account Manager (E-commerce & Quick Commerce)

We are looking for a Marketplace Account Manager to manage and grow our brands across leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.).
• Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, and A+ content.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, catalog health, and stock availability.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams for catalog uploads, creatives, logistics, and operations.
• Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and marketplace KPIs.
• Resolve account-related issues, policy violations, and platform support tickets.
• Generate regular performance reports and recommend growth strategies.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing marketplace accounts.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, and quick commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of catalog management, inventory planning, pricing, and promotions.
• Experience in handling marketplace advertising is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of e-commerce operations and order management.
• Familiarity with marketplace SEO and listing optimization.
• Experience working with D2C brands is a plus.
