Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Team role based in Nagpur. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote events, services, and the company brand across online and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying target audiences, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. The marketing team member will manage social media and other digital platforms, support customer engagement initiatives, and assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and event promotions. The role also includes tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and participating in client meetings or event briefings as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, understand audiences, and design effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Sales and basic Marketing skills to support lead generation, conversions, and event promotion.
• Candidates should have proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics.
• Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, or related industries is an advantage.
